In case you cannot join us at the new date of an event, we will offer you the possibility to exchange your ticket into an ‘loyalty voucher’ or apply for a refund (processed 1 month after the new event date). You will receive a personal e-mail within a few weeks after the reschedule announcement, enabling you to select your preferred refund option within a limited time frame. It is not possible to change your refund option once the deadline has passed or you've locked in your choice.
