In accordance with the new regulation reach by various trade organizations in the cultural sector, the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets, refunds will be processed ultimately 1 month after the new event date. 

Refund procedure

Fans that have applied for a refund in 2020, will be refunded between March and April 2021. In case we are forced to reschedule previously postponed events again, fans that didn’t choose a refund are able to reconsider their choice. These refunds will also be processed between March and April 2021.
