If you've purchased a DEDIQATED Membership, but can't seem to log into the Q-dance app, please try the following steps:

- Please make sure that you are using the same account you used to purchase your membership with 

- Go to your profile page (right top corner), scroll down and verify that your member status is Dediqated 

- Update your operating system to the latest version 

- Log out and try to log in again 

 

If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem: 

 

-  Android: clear your cache (Apps -> Q-dance -> Storage -> Clear data) 

- IOS: delete & download the app again
