If you've purchased a DEDIQATED Membership, but can't seem to log into the Q-dance app, please try the following steps:

- Please make sure that you are using the same account you used to purchase your membership with

- Go to your profile page (right top corner), scroll down, verify that your member status is Dediqated

- Update your operating system to the latest version

- Log out and try logging in again

If the above doesn't fix the issue:

- on Android: clear your cache (Apps -> Q-dance -> Storage -> Clear data)

- on IOS: delete & download the app again
