We would like to refer you to our latest app update, in which you are able to cancel your membership when pressing the 'DEDIQATED' image in the left upper corner.

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: 

 

1) Open the Settings app 

2)Tap your name 

3) Tap ‘subscriptions’ 

4) Tap the subscription that you want to manage 

5) Tap ‘cancel subscription’. (If you want to cancel Apple One but keep other subscriptions, tap ‘Choose Individual Services’.) If you don’t see the option to cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

I’ve purchased my Dediqated Membership through Google Play (Android)  

 

How to cancel a subscription on play.google.com: 

 

- Go to play.google.com 

- Sign in to the correct Google Account 

- Choose ‘My Subscriptions’ at the left  

- Select the subscription you want to cancel 

- Click ‘Manage’ and then ‘Cancel subscription’ 

- Within the confirmation pop-up, choose for ‘yes’. When you have an app subscription your subscription will be canceled by removing the app from Google Play. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.
