If you would like to cancel your subscription, please find you situation below:

I‘ve purchased my Dediqated Membership through the Q-dance Shop:


- Send an e-mail to memberships@q-dance.com and mention your ORDER ID, e-mail & purchase date

- You will receive a confirmation of your request and we will initiate the cancellation

- You can keep using the subscription until the next billing date. 

I‘ve purchased my Dediqated Membership through the App Store 




How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:


- Open the Settings app

- Tap your name

- Tap Subscriptions

- Tap the subscription that you want to manage

- Tap Cancel Subscription. (Or if you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services.) If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

I’ve purchased my Dediqated Membership through Google Play (Android) 

How to cancel a subscription on play.google.com:


- Go to play.google.com

- Sign in to the correct Google Account

- At the left, click My subscriptions

- Select the subscription you want to cancel

- Click Manage and then Cancel subscription

- Within the confirmation pop-up, click Yes. If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.
